Last Thursday, our Summer School Travel WV group stepped into a world of wonder at the Clay Center in Charleston, WV—and it was unforgettable! From the moment they walked through the doors, they were surrounded by creativity, science, and excitement. They explored hands-on exhibits that let them build, experiment, and imagine. The planetarium show was like a journey through space, and the art gallery inspired them with its vibrant colors and powerful stories.
One of the best parts was getting to learn by doing—whether they were launching paper rockets, creating their own art, or solving puzzles in the science exhibits. The staff made everything fun and engaging, and they left with their minds buzzing and hearts full. This trip wasn’t just a break from the classroom—it was a chance to see how learning comes alive in the real world.
